Frank C. Hampel, Jr., M.D.

Dr. Hampel has been a lifelong resident of Texas and received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M. He attended The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSC) for medical school and also completed his residency in Pediatrics there in 1979. After practicing general pediatrics for four years in New Braunfels, he did an Allergy-Immunology Fellowship at The UTHSC at San Antonio. After completing the fellowship in 1985, Dr. Hampel became the first Board Certified Allergist in New Braunfels and concurrently established an office in San Antonio.

Dr. Hampel has also been performing clinical research in the fields of allergy and asthma since 1983. He has authored several publications and presented various papers in the field of allergy and asthma at national conventions. He has been involved in the clinical development of nearly all the current medications on the market that are used to treat allergies and asthma.

Dr. Hampel has lived in New Braunfels since 1979 and has raised his family there.

Dr. Hampel is Board Certified in Allergy and Immunology and Pediatrics.

Priyanka Gupta, M.D.

Dr. Gupta grew up in Michigan and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. She attended Michigan State Medical School in East Lansing where she received her M.D. degree. After marrying a Texan, she moved to Houston and completed her training in Internal Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Gupta spent the next two years in Chicago where she did her Allergy-Immunology Fellowship at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.

Dr. Gupta and her husband, along with their three children, moved to San Antonio and she has been a practicing Allergist since 2004.

Dr. Gupta is Board Certified in Allergy and Immunology and Internal Medicine.
